Independently chaired by Zoe McLeod, the Customer Challenge Group is instrumental in making sure the views of South East Water's household customers are at the heart of its next business plan, which will cover the period 2015 to 2020.
The group - which comprises water regulators, customer representatives and key stakeholders - scrutinises and challenges South East Water’s strategic direction.
Its aim is to put South East Water customers at the heart of future plans and prices.
